  • List of vendor recommendations based on your style and budget

  • Wedding planning template & checklist for your personal use 

  • Starting 60 days prior to event - unlimited communication by phone and email

  • One final details meeting to review your wedding in detail

  • Creation of ceremony and reception floorplan & set-up plan 

  • Creation of a wedding day timeline 

  • Accompany you on a final venue walkthrough (if needed)

  • Vendor confirmations prior to your wedding day

  • Management of your wedding rehearsal (up to 2 hours)

  • One additional staff member to help with décor set-up and tear-down

  • 12 hours of wedding day coordination 

  • On-site supervision and management of your wedding day timeline during ceremony & reception 

  • Facilitate vendor arrivals/departures and instruct on set-up and tear-down 

  • Use of planner’s wedding emergency kit

  • Setup of items such as programs, favors, table numbers, guest book and centerpieces

  • Distribution of vendor final payments and gratuities

  • Collection of personal and décor items such as centerpieces, table numbers, and guest book

  • Confirm gifts, personal and décor items are handed over to a designated person at the end of the night

  • A detailed design questionnaire to collect your thoughts

  • Creation of detailed design plan and mood board

  • (2) Design meetings to pull your ideas together

  • Communication with other vendors impacted by your design (i.e florist, tablescape items + rental companies)

  • Access to Mountainesque décor rental inventory at a discounted rate

  • Coordination of rentals (i.e linens, tableware, decorations)

  • Set-up / tear-down of décor, tablescapes + linens
